The Swim race analysis calculator for long-course(50 m pool) allows you to analyze your swim races and compare them against the best or against previous races. Add your stroke cycle frequency and interval times as shown in the example under:
The Swim race analysis calculator allows you to analyze your swim races. Add your stroke frequency for each lap and the times for 15 m, 25 m, 35 m, 45 m, 50 m, 60 m, and so on.
As shown in the example under:
Be aware that events of 400 m and longer follow longer interval sequences. The Swim race analysis calculator will illuminate your stroke length and speed for each interval. The summary will give you an overview of your total race performance. This will form the basis for a thorough capacity analysis of your race.
Furthermore, I recommend using Johan Setterberg’s work requirements analysis to map your most important areas of improvement. Johan Setterberg is in charge of the Technical and competitive analysis for the Norwegian Swimming Federation.
