This strength workout for beginners continues to build on the “strength workout for beginners nr 1 & 2”.
After this workout, you should have a good enough foundation to continue with the advanced workout. In the advanced workout, the weights get gradually heavier, and the sets build up to maximal lifts.
By purchase, you will receive a PDF file containing a workout plan for five weeks. The workout plan includes five individual workouts. All of which are put together with a set, rep, intensity, weight-load, and rest combination fitting with the workout goal.
Every exercise contains a youtube link where you may find an exercise demonstration.
